MizFit Should be Part of Your Healthy Blog Reading

Are you looking for a dose of high energy with your blog reading?  Have you found yourself in a funk in the middle of the week?  Maybe you think that you’re just not getting the right motivation from the latest health news.  Well I may have the answer to your reading dilemma and that’s a power packed blog from Carla Birnberg called mizfitonline.com

This is not your run of the mill, ho hum; “I think I’ll pour myself another cup of coffee” reading material.  This is a wake up the world is in overdrive refresher that at times takes your breath away.  The style may take a minute to get used to, but you’ll soon find out that the subjects are things you’ve been thinking about in the back of your mind, or you just may be a little too preoccupied to delve a little deeper.  The humor is funny and I mean the wise cracking person that sat next to you in high school funny.  You know the type of person that made you burst out laughing while the teacher was writing a math problem on the board, and they just sit there like they have know idea why you’re making a fool of yourself.  That’s the humor I’m getting from Carla.    

This site is more than that too.  You’ll find videos that show you how to do a workout correctly like her Monday Facetime.  Games like the current scavenger hunt and superfantabulous supernoots.  Topics that cover issues with fitness and diet, as well as her own brand of pointing out things of interest.  Of course much of the fun has to do with the comments on her posts.  You’re never quite sure what answer you’ll get back, but Carla makes you check back just to see. 

This wound up bundle of energy will keep you thinking about fitness and diet in a way that is very unique to this community.  If you want something different than the same old blog, you’ll be happy that you found mizfitoneline.com as another way to start your day
